At the office, client needs are top priority and our team gives immediate attention to calls, answering most questions on–the–spot. More complex enquiries from developers or committees, including budget plans, sinking fund forecasts, fencing and legal matters may require more in–depth consultation.
Our Administration & Accounts Manager takes pride in managing all our client cash management bank accounts and reconciliations, making bill payments and issuing regular levy notices for all our clients. In addition, this qualified manager also produces timely, essential body corporate financial reports, undertakes budget reviews and coordinates insurance renewals, audits, tax and BAS returns.
With a keen eye for detail, our maintenance manager has excellent skills and experience working with our qualified contractors, building and safety consultants, forecasters, local councils, utility providers and other professional suppliers to achieve quality outcomes for property maintenance.
