Developers will appreciate our fast turn–around priorities at pre–sale stages for sinking fund and administration fund budgets. When the development project is completed, we are focused and ready to complete the final documentation required to bring contracts to settlement.

We offer long distance consultancy service and always follow up by visiting the property or by reviewing the building plans if required. This way we have a mental picture of your project and property throughout our relationship.

At the office, client needs are top priority and our team gives immediate attention to calls, answering most questions on–the–spot. More complex enquiries from developers or committees, including budget plans, sinking fund forecasts, fencing and legal matters may require more in–depth consultation.

Our finance expert (ex Bank Manager) manages bank facilities and relationships to make sure that our client accounts are earning competitive interest rates and avoiding bank fees. This Finance and Administration manager also produces timely, essential body corporate financial reports, undertakes budget reviews and coordinates insurance renewals, audits, tax and BAS returns.

With a keen eye for detail, our maintenance manager (unit owner and chairperson) has excellent skills and experience working with our qualified contractors, building and safety consultants, forecasters, local councils, utility providers and other professional suppliers to achieve quality outcomes for property maintenance.
